2019年1月8日,首届中国宠业零售大会于青岛召开,PetLovers Centre CEO 伍伟大先生分享PLC 45年统战东南亚的故事。

Pet Lovers Centre (PLC) is a home-grown pet retail and service chain that was founded in 1973 as a family hobby business. The company only rapidly grew since the second generation of the Ng family took over in 1995. Since then, they have expanded to Malaysia and eventually to Asia. To date, it is the largest pet chain store within Singapore and Malaysia. All Pet Care Consultants (PCCs) are graduates of Animal Science. Fully certified by Hill’s (maker of Science Diet) as a Veterinary Nutritional Advocate. This coveted title (previously available only in the US and Canada), is awarded only to those who passed all three levels of Hill’s Program in Nutrition. In our commitment for quality service, the introduction of PCC is another milestone in our belief that pet owners should have proper know-how on nutrition, health issues and management of pets.
从2003年引入数据管理系统开始,PCL逐渐将所有数据的力量渗透到了整个业务流程中,从自动化的仓储物流,门店及线上商城的货品选择、流转和调配,到客户的精准营销及忠诚度维护,再到人力资源的管理和优化,尤其是数据在得到了AI技术的赋能之后,PLC的新零售模式在一定程度上已经能够完成自运营的状态。
